Shipping Policy
Hey, Icon! Thank you for visiting and shopping at Iconic Taste Boutique.
The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, not including the date of purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. You can select your preferred shipping time at checkout. Please carefully consider processing time when selecting the desired arrival of shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. For security reasons, an adult signature may be required upon delivery of certain orders. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, please contact UPS and arrange to have your order held at a nearby location for pickup. UPS will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Iconic Taste Boutique is not responsible for packages once given to a courier including lost or stolen packages. For missing shipment, you will need to file an official claim with the courier as your package is insured and any reimbursement for the items ordered will be given by our insurance providers. Claims resolution time period including reimbursements are subject to the courier. If your package is returned for any reason, you may request to have your order reshipped. Iconic Taste Boutique is not responsible for any reshipment fees.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone. Please email hello@iconictasteboutique.com with any questions and include your order number in the reference.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that at this time, all items are unexchangeable and non-refundable. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL. To have the best Iconic Taste experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review and confirm the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment information to prevent errors as Iconic Taste Boutique is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by the purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.

Please take a look at your order when it's received and let us know immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Store Credit will be issued at Iconic Enterprise LLC's discretion for all claims addressed. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order number(s) for tracking purposes to hello@iconictasteboutique.com within 3 days of the item being delivered and a representative will contact you to gladly resolve.
